“False Teaching and Marriage & Foods”

We need to be on guard against false teaching because it is often very subtle, promoting external, legalistic worship rather than true spiritual worship of the heart by faith in Christ. In our passage, we see four components of false teaching in regards to marriage and foods, and the grace-fueled antidote to this false teaching.

We see in Jesus' healing of the 10 lepers that giving thanks to God is massively important, and is, in fact, a sign of saving faith. Those who have experienced God's saving grace see His goodness and respond in heartfelt thanks.
