“Our Glorious God”

Praising God is one of the highest occupations of a Christian. If we know the glorious character of God and see the wonder of our salvation in Christ, we ought to respond in joyous praise to God.

“God Is Light”

John begins his letter by speaking of a truth central to his message: God is light--perfectly pure, holy, and morally excellent. From this fundamental truth, we can know those who have a saving fellowship with God and those who do not: look at the walk of their life.
