“Do Not Fail to Obtain the Grace of God”

It is God’s grace at work in the beginning of our salvation. And it is God’s grace that bring our salvation to its completion. We see three warnings against apostasy lest we fail to obtain God’s grace. These warnings ought to compel you all the more to persevere in the faith.

If we do not have the right perspective on hardships, we will grow weary and be discouraged. As Christians, we must receive all hardship as the loving discipline of God the Father designed to mature us in holiness. Only then will we have endurance to press on in the midst of trials.
