Christ's triumphal entry means the establishment of His kingdom, and this happens through His shameful suffering on the cross. In our passage we see the sufficiency of Christ's shameful sacrifice, which teaches us to suffer with Chrsit and through Christ to offer acceptable sacrifices to God.

In response to Christ's great love for us, we ought to love our fellow believers. True love is not determined by our subjective feelings, but by the perfect law of God. Our love must apply to  our homes, pesecuted believers, sexuality and marriage, and money and possessions.
