“The Poison of False Teaching and the Life-giving Gospel Stewardship”
1 Timothy 1:3-7 — Jerry Scheumann
Just as what we eat affects the health of our body, so the diet of the church's teaching affects its health. Paul commands Timothy to remove the poison of false teaching present in the church in Ephesus, and to walk in the life-giving stewardship of the Gospel, for the health and well-being of the church.
