Special Church Business Meeting
There will be a brief meeting for church members after the worship service on Sunday, December 28th. The purpose of the meeting is twofold:
1.) To announce the slate of officers to be voted on at our annual business meeting
2.) To vote regarding financial support for Meekah Hance for 2026.
Youth Christmas Party

Christmas Caroling
Meet at Ludlow Baptist Church, then from there we will head up to The Gill Nursing Home, Gill Terrance Apts., and others.
Crock pot soups provided at the church after the caroling. Please bring a light snack to share.
Guest Speaker
The director of Child Evangelism Fellowship, Andrew Buzzell, along with his wife, Amanda, will be sharing about their ministry.
Christmas Caroling
In lieu of Prayer Meeting on Wednesday, join us for Christmas caroling at the Gill Nursing Home and Gill Terrace Apts. Meet at the church at 4:15 pm.
Caroling at Village Baptist Church
You are invited to join Village Baptist Church in Belmont for caroling. There will be fellowship from 6 - 7 p.m., with soups, snacks, and treats; tree lighting at 7 p.m.; and then caroling on the Green from 7-8 p.m. Questions? Contact Jeremiah Johnson at 760-845-6617.
Special Church Business Meeting
After the morning service. The agenda is simply to nominate church and Sun. Sch. officers for next year. Voting will occur at the an- nual meeting in January. This year's nominating committee consists of Molly W., Ken B., Pastor Jerry, and Chuck B. Please give your suggestions to them.

Reformation Day Celebration
On Sunday, October 30th, Chester Baptist will be hosting a Reformation Day event for children, teens, and adults. Beginning at 6:00 pm, there will be activities and games for children that will incorporate aspects of the Reformation. These activities will be followed by a brief teaching along with snacks and refreshments. Then, at 7:00 pm, we'll be watch- ing The God Who Speaks documentary produced by American Family Studios that traces the evidence of the Bible's authority and challenges the church to live as God has spoken. Please join us for this evening of fun, fellowship, and learning. Invite your friends and neighbors and bring snacks to share!
Quarterly Church Business Meeting
The next quarterly business meeting of the church will be on Sunday, October 23. There will be a potluck luncheon after the morning service, followed by the business meeting. Everyone with the last name beginning with P-Z, please bring a main dish; all whose last name begins with A-O, please bring a side dish/salad. Those who have time, please also bring a dessert. All are invited!
Elderly/Widow Workday
Saturday, October 22, starting at 8:30 am. Please advise Bud with any needs. Tools needed: Carpentry tools, ladders, etc. Gardening tools- rakes especially.
